  • @dangrbitch You're an idiot and a liar. You're saying you are as fast as the fastest players in the NFL in their primes. And most of those times aren't what I'd call legit, hand-held stop watches at combines aren't Olympic times, most of those times are fibbed in the players favor. You aren't world class quick, get over it.

  • @ChiliDavis43 Track sprinting is a different race. 4.3 isn't unattainable. Little don Beebe who looked like a choir boy ran a 4.2 but he was no world beater in the 100m.

  • @dangrbitch there is no chance you run a 4.3 at age 46. Lie lie lie... How long has your nose grown so far during your online fantasy world conversationMr. Pinocchio?

  • @ChiliDavis43 I've never subscribed to the "so called" common knowledge.. Before Bannister broke the 4 minute mile, it was thought impossible. After he did it. It seemed everyone was doing it! It almost seemed easy. I simply mentioned that I'm 45, (46 now), and I'm still world class quick. I get all these losers telling me I can't. I'd b stoked if I heard of someone doing something unusual. I wouldn't b talkin shit. I prefer doers over nay sayers. Oh well, sick of this conversation.

  • Ben Johnson splits in his ill-famous 9.79 100 meter race in Seoul was 4.38 seconds for 40 yards, 5.52 seconds for 50 meters, and 60 meters in 6.37. Both the 50m and 60m were under the current world records for those distances at the time. At the 2001 World Championship 100m final in Edmonton, Maurice Greene covered 30m in 3.75 seconds and 40m in 4.64 seconds, extrapolating his 40 yard (36.576m) time at about 4.24 seconds. There is a juiced world champion at every college. You dont run 4.3.

  • @ChiliDavis43 . . Merlene Ottey was not far from her best in the 100m at nearly 50. Will Gault runs a 4.2 40 at age 48. I'm not even getting into the whole fast twitch muscle thing cuz that would take 4ever. Your speed doesn't automatically decrease after 30. I know of a guy who is 50 and runs a 10.0 100m. That's truly world class. Age really isn't what ppl think it is. I think it helps that I don't have the wear of a 20 year pro athletic career on my body. All I know is it's doable.

  • You don't run a 4.3 40 at age 45. Cycling and strength have nothing to do with the fast twitch muscle fiber required to run a 4.3 40. There are probably very few 35 year olds who can do it. You probably cruise in at 4.9 which is damn fast for over 40 softball. After 30 your speed decreases precipitously. Darrel Green was the only freak who kept his speed late yet he will even say he was 4.5 range. Youtube yourself hand timing it.

  • @mgs316 wtf i most certainly can run that fast. you don't even know me. why would i lie. I don't know who those guys are but I probably could beat them in a short race. I don't see where 4.3 40yds is all that unusual. There's someone somewhere at your local gym, or most college campuses who can do it. Some high schoolers can do it You'd be surprised what unknown people out there can do. Pro athletes aren't anything special really.
