To say Tony Dungy deserves credit for Grudens superbowl win is pure stupidity. Look what team won the AFC to play against the Bucs! The Raiders, a team he built up! So in a sense, even if Gruden would have lost that superbowl he still would have won.

Gruden's one true weakness was to collect Qb's. Nit sure how well he would coach under a franchaise QB.

The Buc's have have a great coaching hotbed-. Dungy, Gruden,Morris. And all the compliments Mike Tomlin, Lovie Smith,Jim Caldwell,Wayne Fontes, Joe Gibbs,Rod Marinelli, Monte Kiffen,Herman Edwards, etc
Tampa is truly a coaching MECCA.

Dungy built the defense, and Gruden tweaked the offense. Something Dungy was unable to do. That's why I have always said that they both deserve credit.
