  • man i completely forgot about Everybody Knows...what cool tune.

DC riding that cymbal on the verses...cool

  • The DC 5 were my band growing up and they still sound great.

  • Very interesting that this video ends with Shout. When I saw the DC 5 in Miami in December of 1965, they did Shout toward the end of the concert. These guys were really as good as, if not better live than on record. December of 1965, by the way was when Over and Over hit #1 in the US, their only US #1. I have some great memories of that concert some 45+ years ago. Where has the time gone?

  • AWESOME SHOW SHINDIG WAS

  • which one was Dave Clark?

  • Sorry but almost all acts lip-syched there songs, not the other way live.us kids didn't care as they loved the music, unlike the crap today, and you must be very young to rate theDC5 so low, when in fact they were the number 1,in record sales 1964-1967.outsold the Greatest the Beatles, much more then a good group the Hollies, and the rolling uglies were far down the list, they had a very narrow following.you do not know music will enough to compare acts that made their way long before you were born

  • @rocksinger45

You are spot on! If you check some of the Hollies videos here circa '66-68, they were amazing live!! DC5? Only concert goers know. Too bad.

  • The DC5 were great but didn't come close to other bands such as the The Stones or even the Hollies...where the Beatles played this show live the DC5 are sining to a tapes..even in those days most people and bands that played Shindig played it live.

  • These guys were so classy! The best!
