you may have felt like you could have got it 6-7 times.. but you looked like you could probably not press out the 5th one.. failure at about half way. you squat very well, but your benching is lacking by comparison. and man.. keep your ass ON the bench.. ur gonna pull ur back.

@slasher9105 He doesn't have enough girth in the chest to get it to stick up far enough with his ass on the bench. I've heard about strength coaches telling skinnier guys and girls to do this, it's probably not anymore dangerous (and probably even less dangerous) than just trying to be a contortionist and get the ass on the bench anyway.
