Very nice place, and it's the place I would have picked to live, had I been assigned to Hong Kong, but my plans changed. Great location, views, amenities, etc. There is a chance I might get assigned to Hong Kong next year, and I'll be back looking at this complex again.

I think it was Convention Place condos, near the Convention Center.

Yes, near Wan Chai. And yes, it is a very nice building, on the water. Next to the Hyatt Hotel, and they share the swimming pool area with that hotel. I like the two bedroom units a lot, with Harbor View, but of course, rent is a lot more for that. About 5000 USD if I remember correctly.

Per month, rent. I think to buy that unit was about $500,000 US dollars.
