FIRST OFF: We don't have a squat rack so that is why you see this ghetto rigged machine. We had to make best of what we got. I'll still wait for the hater comments tho.
Keep in mind I haven't done squats in 10 months due to where I was posted, a squat rack or equipment wasn't provided. And I wasn't going to use a Smith machine to squat.
I'm very happy with my performance at 315 lbs (143 Kg) from such a long absence. At this time I was 175 lbs (80 Kg) any tips or advice on anything is appreciated. Thank you.

@bartosx Thanks a lot. If only we had a real squat rack or cage, would be a lot safer and less prone to injuries.
