mirin whats your calorie intake a day? and whats the macro split? u do cardio?

@planeflys hi, daily calorie intake is about 3,000 - 3,300 and macros split is 40/40/20 :) i base it around "the zyzz bible" :)

oh and yeah i split work out 4 times a week, treadmill cardio after every work out, and swim on my off day
