  • Looking good, what's your height/weight/body fat percentage?

    And have you had any training injuries recently?

  • @Fitness4London thanks mate :), and hight is 175cm, 66kg, and bf percentage from the last time i got tested was 7.9 percent, and no training injuries :)

  • mirin whats your calorie intake a day? and whats the macro split? u do cardio?

  • @planeflys hi, daily calorie intake is about 3,000 - 3,300 and macros split is 40/40/20 :) i base it around "the zyzz bible" :)

  • oh and yeah i split work out 4 times a week, treadmill cardio after every work out, and swim on my off day
