This is the first of four parts for "Survivorman Hollywood" a spoof on Les Stroud's show aired on the Discovery Channel.
!!!!DISCLAIMER!!!! Now, dear viewers, don't get me wrong. I am truly a HUGE fan of Les Stroud and the SURVIVORMAN show. I have watched every episode MULTIPLE times to get the nuances of how it's shot and edited. Les Stroud IS the real deal- Props to my man and to Canada!

I love Les! I had to watch all of his shows MULTIPLE times and pull audio and video tracks to make this spoof. He's the real deal and I'd much rather be stuck in the wilderness with him than Bear Grylls. With Les, I'd survive, with Bear, I'd get sick off of eating rotten sheep carcasses. Sure "wild edibles" aren't as entertaining, but they'll get ya by!

Nice work, I remember seeing this vid when the competition ended, and I was struck by the spontaneous urge to watch it again. Great job emulating Les's style in both on-screen presence and cinematography.
