  • @imjustheretolearn Make sure you installed the API 8 component of the Android SDK.

  • INSTALLING MERCURIAL MANUALLY... Close Eclipse. Now go to this URL in your internet browser and download/install Mercurial

    h t t p : / / mercurial.selenic . com / downloads

    Then go to this URL and download the Mercurial JAR file

    h t t p : / / code.google . com / a / eclipselabs . org / p / mercurialeclipse / downloads / list

    Then place that JAR file in your Eclipse installation path in the "plugins" subfolder. Now open Eclipse again and you should be good to go.

  • I created new "res" folders but I still get errors: "C:\andEngine\andenginelivewal­lpaper\res' does not exist", so what's happening?
