I almost agree with you, but two guitarists you forgot to include alongside Wronski and Johnson: Ivan Pongracic (The Madeira) and Jim Thomas (Mermen)... now it's an even tougher call - OR - all bases are covered: They are all unbelievable!

Epps is definitely among the top 2 or 3 surf guitarists! It's a tough call between him, Dave Wronski, and Paul Johnson, that's for sure! His tone is right on, and he doesn't play a goofy looking Jazzmaster either.
