I love the sound of your truck. I've been wanting to put a cam in my 5.3 but i'm pushin 170,000 miles but i'll end up rebuilding it so maybe I'll put one it after that. Nice truck.

How much power is this motor making? My buddy has one for kind of cheap and I want it to drop into my S13 haha.

with just a cam swap and bolt ons I would say behind a 6 speed transmission it should make anywhere between 350-375HP to the wheels. Automatic would be less than that.
