if your on that tigh of a diet if you have no room for extras if you aaaaalways do the same things everydy and you eat like a machine and you move the same amunt day in day out then yes this video is pure truth
While counting calories works in theory, what is even more important and effective than just ocunting calories is eating the right foods. An X amount of calories of fat is much worse than eating an equal amount of calories of protein, for example. A calorie is just an (old) unit for energy. It doesn't incluse anything regarding metabolism. This is very important to remember.
Eat healthy. A very important factor. There's much more to weightloss than just counting :)

Great video! Great illistration on how every little thing counts! It adds up at the end of the day, and will just make weight loss that much harder.
I've been reading some of the comments, and... yeah, you can lose weight without accurately measuring your food... Or, even measuring at all... But, you're just making it that much harder on yourself if you don't know what/how much you're eating, and that's the point I believe Leigh was trying to illistrate.
I appreciate the point of this video, since so many people drastically underestimate the amount they are eating. But does the "average" person really put that much in a measuring cup or spoon? I know *I* don't! I'm not saying you're wrong, by any means. I'm just curious what made you decide that it's what most people do.

Take for example steroids. Mass is being created despite the only thing changing are your hormonal levels.
