Tylers last set for his Deadlifts, 455 for 6 reps. this is the 1st lift of his back workout. he is on his 4th set of deadlifts. his sets were: 245lbs for 15 reps, 315 for 12 reps, 405 for 8 reps, and 455 for 6 reps. Makin Progress.. not to bad for 21 yrs old
