Finally got a complete OS running on a $150 computer.
Connected to monitor via HDMI to DVI adapter. Mouse and keyboard connected to USB hub. OS is on 8GB OCZ Rally2 USB, BOOT partition is on 32MB SD card. Using Monoprice #6150 (full Linux support) for Internet connection. Powered completely off 2 USB ports (1A) using homemade USB to DC jack adapter.
does the audio work?

@fadysamy123 google ubuntu-netbook-10.10-preinstalled-netbook-armel+omap.img ARM, its the WIKI page.
key to fast speeds is USB key instead of slow SD card.
