Last year my car got tagged -- took it to the car wash with some oven cleaner spay and instant gone. Just spray it on and use the wand at the car wash.. Kill 2 birds with 1 stone :-)

If it's an oil-based paint then it'd wash off fairly easily with a little petrol.

If it is flat paint, use thinner and wash an buff.

Thanks for uploading. I have spray paint on my car that I've been trying to get off with removal compound and a orbital buffer. I never thought to try rubbing alcohol . Thanks!!!
or just use brake cleaner and a quick swipe with a rag, takes two seconds.
