  • @deniatus Aerobic endurance training is pretty dull, I'll agree with that. But speed endurance just flat out sucks when you're doing it. Plyometrics are always a good, tough workout though. I figured this was probably just a warm up, but was wondering about the title of the vid.

    Eh, these guys are building explosiveness and I'm guessing it was simply a warm-up. Going under the hurdles was a light stretch of the quads/hamstrings, similar to doing Good Mornings (?). I absolutely despise endurance training...it's so boring! I stick to plyometrics because the workouts take 30-45 minutes and I see a huge increase in my speed+vertical.

  • Killer? Those are just drills, hardly a tough work out. Then again, I mostly worked on speed endurance which is a killer. Not sure why they're going under the hurdles, that doesn't do anything.
