OH my Goodness. This is so familiar. The people who had Honey. The dog I rescued were just like this. POS and not long after Honey was rescued the got a litter of puppies, another pit bull and a dog. I wish the law would enforce animal cruelty here but for now I'm just wishful thinking.

Had this happen to me with some people until I finally got Animal Control involved so I could bring her into our Boxer rescue group. I also had this happen with a small Chihuahua in 20 degree weather... no food, no water, no shelter, but the dog was their 3-year-old granddaughter's dog. Yeah, so her responsibility!!!
