Fucking house owners Buy Dogshit Houses and do nothing to them then put exorbitant rents on them and want people in them for high rent trapped in for 2 years. and then when you ask for them to fix something the don't fix it and tell you that you damaged it and never return your Security Bond. I videoed a house that i was going to live in for a 2 year period in Melbourne and when i moved out they think the security deposit is a Bonus. run your rent up to your security deposit then move out.
