The video is good. But exercise alone won't help you achieve the body you wanted it should always be complemented with an effective diet. I do know a link of a site that gives workout plans and exercises you could use to follow in order to gain lean muscles and develop a lean muscular look you look after. Youtube doesn't alllow me to post the link but you can check it on my profile.

its all thanks to creatine (water weight) i gained 2 lbs the first day.
how much protein are you taking before and after a workout?

It was a calculation we used and it was
.8g of protein for each pound of body weight
Workout protein intake = (.8 * your bodyweight in lbs)
OR (.4g * your bodyweight in kg)
It's a little recipe that really helped us put on the extra pounds.
We also added almost double the amount of carbs mixed with water to our workout drinks as well.

Thanx for leaving the comment dandunk, I'm working on writing up our diet plan right now. I'm probably going to post it up on our blog. I'll let you know when I post it.
In the meantime what's your diet look like?

milk, chicken, steak all that kinf of stuff. But I'm not able to eat alot in one shot, so I eat like 4 small meals everyday and I take whey protein. do you have any workout routine and diet that you could post me? thx!

I'll be sure to post some info on our diet and workout routine cuz I think that might help alot of people. But just taking a look at what you said, if you want to build more muscle you're going to have to eat more meals each day. I eat AT LEAST 6 small meals a day. And a good rule of thumb is to eat more than your body in protein each day if you want to build muscle fast.
