West Memphis Three: Time for Truth: PART 1

Damien Echols, Jason Baldwin and Jessie Misskelley - also known as the West Memphis Three -- were teenagers when they were wrongfully convicted in 1994 of the murders of three children in West Memphis Arkansas. As highlighted in the landmark HBO Documentary "Paradise Lost," the investigation of these murders and subsequent arrests and trials were tragically mishandled, and amounted to little more than a witch hunt. To date, not one piece of substantial evidence, physical or otherwise, has connected the three men to the crime.

Now, after spending 15 years in prison, new DNA and forensic evidence has proven the innocence of the West Memphis Three.

@edthehead916 Terry's seizure meds were found in all 3 boys systems. Terry was barely investigated and a knife was found in his bedroom drawer and the blood on the knife matched the same type of the boy Christopher was stabbed by a serrated knife. The stepfather changed his story when he was confronted with this evidence. If I was a betting man, I would bet on the stepfather not 3 teens who were early adopters of Wicca.

@edthehead916 In child abuse investigations children can have bite marks on their face and head typically from a woman and the bite sucking marks on his inner leg is probably from an ashamed pedophile taking out his frustrations on the boy. So the boys probably knew the man or man/woman combo. Children are also typically abused by a step parent, especially by step fathers. Terry was a step father and he fits the FBI's profile.

The blood on the necklace was the same type as the boy Christopher which was also shared by 11% of the entire world...The girls later said their story was false in another taped interview to police. Not to mention when they lied the murders were already all over the media. Hearsay is not evidence. Years later the boys were re-examined and the boy Christopher had bite marks all over his face and his inner thigh.

@edthehead916 Well you are not very smart "cuz" you did not study the case from start to finish. Any retard can see how weak their evidence was and how the judge kept dismissing evidence that supported the defendants, like the fact that there was a black guy at the truck wash Blue Beacon in the womans bathroom covered in blood, the evidence collection was lost. The fact that the kids were dosed with the same drug the father of Christopher used. There are many holes in the case, too many.

and that kid that baldwin confessed too. what did he have to gain? he was a free man. as for the counselor telling that kid the details of the crime, thats bullshit. i've worked as a correction officer and you dont talk to the inmates that way. i'm not sure but it may be illegal cuz it can get the other inmates fired up and try to hurt the baby killer. i've watched and read everything i can find and i think they did it. i think the killers are free and thats very sad cuz those kids got slaughter

what about the girls that heard damien say he did it? and why did damien lie about why he changed his name? and not being familiar with alister crowley? my understanding was dna can link you to a crime scene not not link you. if my dna was at my neighbors house then it's proof that i was there. if there isnt any of my dna found does that mean i wasnt there? this isnt gonna be to popular on here but i think they did it and it has nothing to do with their musical tastes
