Sgt. George Koch of the Oneida Indian Nation Police visited the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial during National Police Week 2009. Sgt. Koch came to pay his respects to his childhood friend Officer Paul Luther, who was killed in the line of duty over 30 years ago.
