That's something that amuses them. I ripped paper towel in front of my cousin when he was 11 months old...he laughed his little butt so hard it made us all laugh. I guess to them it's pure randomness that amuses them.

@kathjc WOW...are you kidding me?! he was laughing at a piece of paper! If you look around there's a lot of vids with babes laughing a paper being ripped. It's just something they find funny, no need to get all creepy.
