  • ahh thats no good, hate that, sticks around, good video, just got me thinking, sooo.. in theory... if i was to face my speakers (5.1 surround sound system), againts the corners of my room and in areas kind of lets say hidden, do u think that would have the same effect to some degree.. becuase i notice, when thier is sound projecting from a certain area, i tend to look in that direction only to find its not where i thought it was...am i making sence? hehe, brains slow at the moment hehe

  • basicaly if you place you bass cabs facing the corner of a room or in the corner of a room they will seem louder. j

  • that's great explaination... thanks and also too a black cat... ahahaha

  • Hey can someone send me the spec for this bin please...i like to experiment ... the best sub i ever build was the mini scoop, cause i play dancehall music,,,, thanks

  • Google Klipsch horn loudspeaker and you'll see that this is merely a miniature version of an old design that needs to be much bigger to produce bass. It's walls are too thin and it will sound boxy and very compressed because of the small enclosure and the convolutions. And I'd like to give a good smack upside the head to whoever started misnaming this design "long throw". It's just a miniature fucking horn, and I'll bet it delivers a honking kind of "bass" but plays loud.

  • i meen this systems thet need power to works very kick strong bass ?

  • the bass of this system can use in home ? i meen the bass is it so very kick ? this systems is better for discos ? in home is it not better small systems with low bass systems ?

  • hi jonathan, am building my own subwoofer (300w RMS, 12" driver). Was just wondering if you would recommend a sinbin 1200 style cab or a standard bandpass bin for best performance? cheers!

  • you dont explain why it gets louder :D Its because of the vibrations, and sort of echo, when the sound tumbles around inside, it get more room, and more, and the vibrations gets bigger and out comes "boosted" sound :)

  • is that true?

  • nice video and Kitty ;)

  • Either you know horn theory or you don't. If you do, explain it properly. If you don't, don't make videos misinforming people who don't know any better. By your definition, any size and dimension horn will make any frequency louder and thats just stupid. Educate properly or shutup.
