Bob Fosse performing his own choreography (and defying physics in the process) in a number from the 1955 film "My Sister Eileen." Also featuring Tommy Rall, another incredible dancer.

  • Walk it out cracker..

  • Looks like a Gene Kelly number.

  • That is so beautiful...

  • Great edit! think fosse would've LOVED it!

  • @MrGrevy

Are you a dancer? Cuz that comment was pure ignorance! HIP HOP is genius especially the dance forms that come out of it from popping, bboying to krumpin....

There's a common denominator to american dance.......it all comes from the STREETS! Ballet which is the forefather of jazz dance is EUROPEAN was created in the courtyards not a studio.....

and if you know anything bout FOSSE..he learned like the rest of those kats from what the kids were doing in the STREETS!!!!!

    No problem i completely agree!!!

i probably wouldnt have gone to this if my musical theatre teacher hadnt told us how amazing this video was. I am a big fosse fan and im glad i have came across this video. The people who are too ignorant to realize that you were only making this video to make the point that fosse had made a style of dancing that can go with anything. If its 1955 or like 1990's? i am not big on rap so i dont know when this came out but yes i am glad you agree.
