Have you ever seen "la caduta degli dei" or "Il giardino dei Finzi contini"?! Romy was the best thing of this terrible movie. But that's no surprise everything she was in she instilled with naturalness and life---only Ingrid Bergman is her equal . Why is this in Italian with two German leads and about a german king???? makes no sense--yes, Visconti was Italian but what an ideot--lets do B. Cellini in Spanish!!!

No, she was 32-33! The filming was during 1971, released 1972! She was born in September 1938 and died 1982, aged 43 or 44

wow, an older Sisi! Romy looks about 40 years old here. It's good to see her when she was 15, and now, perhaps 40ish! I bet she hated playing that role again and again.
