The local arcade is what made going to the mall as a kid so much fun. I can't begin to tell count the amount of quarters (or tokens) that I put into classics like "Operation Wolf", "Skee Ball" & "Afterburner" or any number of classic Pinball games.

Yep! We used to have a little arcade less than a 1/4 mile from my house. I was warned time and time again to stay away from there.. so of course that is where I always headed to. Just the atmosphere.. carpet and walls were black, with day-glo characters painted on the wall lit up with dark lights.. just really set the ambiance for playing games. Now I go by that place and they turned it into a tax place. *sigh*
