So THIS is the title! I have the DVD but the title was in Korean and at least it had English subtitles. The lead girl played the 'sister' in oldboy.

It's about the evil that swirls within your heart, giving you the vision/scenery/circumstances you want to see. The moment you let the evil thoughts get ahold of you, what you see is not exactly what actually happens. It blurs the boundary between reality and illusion. It's more psychological than horror.
"Don't trust anyone. Even your friends, your family. Even you yourself." is my favorite quote from this movie LOL

ur right its gross.. but korean movies are scary in the sense that it displays the corruption of human minds. O_O.. to me that more scary
i personally love scary movies but most american thrillers (esp the jap remakes) are just things popping out from the silence...
