because the force can be weakened say you clone 5 million the force would be so weak you could not be as strong not to mention the time it would take to train the clones to use lightsabers and find the resources to make lightsabers
@DTuber100 Nah even Darth Sidious never followed the Rule of Two very well, as he had his own Sith Apprentice, Darth Maul, even while Darth Plagueis was training Sidious. Unlike the others who followed the Rule of Two, Darth Sidious never intended to die at all by either is apprentices or anyone else, since he had a bunch of clones he could inhabit by transferring his soul into a clone body and rule the universe forever.
Interesting question but the answer is probably because The Sith clones with the aggression would have tried to take over Palpatine's throne and probably end up killing each other. If they were bred without aggression how would they use the Dark side effectively? Don't you kinda need to be aggressive in order to use the dark side? I think Palpatine just wanted slaves, he didn't want any equals. That's probably why.
@DTuber100 well he did have a bunch of dark-siders who served under him during his time as emperor like the shadow/royal guardsmen, inquisitorius, and various dark jedi
Palpatine (Darth Sidious) was not just a Dark Jedi or DarkSider he was a Sith who followed the rule of two. Always one Master ans one Apprentice until one was killed and replaced. Millions of Sith clones would really F this up lol. I would do it anyway. :)
It's much like the reason the ancient Sith could never share power; because they would be fighting each other at every turn. Palpatine needed obedient slaves, not powerful soldiers who could potentially turn into enemies.

As a Sith I believe cloning could be a factor BUT WILL FAIL IN TIME!
