  • Fuuck , it makes me mad , i cant do above 70 kg , but when i do like i do biceps i do 75 plus kg....

    I hate when i fail.....

    I practice with 60 kg now.....

  • @DBoy2093 it's just a matter of flexibility. do a lot of front squats if you have trouble getting the position right, eventually it'll be a natural position to hold the bar

  • @dsettleascii Yea if you have bad form, if you have good form its strengthens your lower back.

  • @dsettleascii If you're feeling pain on cleans, then you're not doing it right. You're suppose to use your legs more than your back. It's a compound exercise, not an isolated exercise.

  • it also screws your lower back
