Bob Votruba and his Boston terrier Bogart speak to the Daily News from Dumbo about The Kindness Bus Tour that they will be taking over the next ten years. The mission of the tour is promoting their message of kindness in hopes of inspiring a 'Kindness Generation' among college students and in communities across the country.
