He might have made a good Marius about ten years ago, but a Valjean he is not. Still, he doesn't entirely botch it.

@BenedictRoend No he FUCKING WASN'T. Nick Jonas BUTCHERED the part. He was, by far, the WORST singer in the entire production. It was sad that many of the lesser roles had far superior vocal talent. Jonas should stick to his fucking pre-teen/twink shit, because he's not good enough for anything better. I've seen 3 national tours and the show on broadway twice, and it's sad that they had to resort to choosing that piece of shit for the concert. There were SO MANY better options.

Cried... Reminds my of my dadcu! He always sings it so beautifully!

Okay seriously stop dissin him :O he is freakin amazzzzing oh and he doesn't show hardly any emotion ? !!! Yeah right , Bite me -_-
-
He's a good singer and all, no denying... But he doesn't show the emotion that this song so desperately needs and he doesn't hit as high of notes as is custom so it kinda doesn't scream good to me

Nice voice, but poor phrasing from what I can hear. Not really listening to the orchestra at all.

Love Matt's broadway voice, wish we got to hear more of it

This is amazing. I've recently begun watching Glee a Month ago.

Everyone saying he would have been better as Marius, I believe he DID play Marius on Broadway sometime in the 90's... But I could be wrong.
He sounds good but his voice is just too... High? for Valjean. I don't know, he just doesn't sound old enough. But he did a fine job. What was this for, anyway?
Woulda been better as Marius.
THOUGHT: Why wasn't he Marius in 25th Anniversary tour instead of Nick Jonas???? Almost as famous, just as much walking advertisement, MUCH more talent. Not to mention hotter.
