My dad was one of the pilots who flew this and also Air Nauru's Boeing 727 for quite a few years.Fish fingers served as a First Class meal and arriving at Nauru in the middle of the night only to find all the runway lights off and no one there. The crew had to phone some operator in hong Kong who then phoned the Nauru airport staff, woke him up, got him out of bed so he could come down and turn the lights on before the aircraft ran out of fuel and would have had to ditch in the sea. True story!
