@joyirisstaveley Because they have to work to get the Libertarian Party on the ballot in case Ron Paul doesn't win the Republican primary.

Well said!

I am, and have, a Libertarian for a long time. Member of the party since `92. As great as these candidates are, they don't have a snowball's chance in hell of winning. Also, Gary Johnson will run for us if Ron Paul doesn't win the Republican nod or refuses to run for us if he does not win the Republican nod. If Ron runs, Gary will run as VP and these guys HAVE to let them. We have to get Libertarians IN office.

I wonder why these three candidates are not simply supporting Ron Paul?

not much of a debate, just 3 different versions of why freedom is a good thing ... and that's a good thing!

Kudos to the Texas Libertarians for putting on this shindig. The thing that I noticed, is that NONE of them are promising to give you things. They want to go to Washington to regulate Government,...not the people!
