This is an initial test for a new mini series I am going to do that will explore 3D vision with various different games.

Note: Youtube 3D uses anaglyphic 3D therefore this isn't quite a true representation of the full effect of Nvidia 3D Vision but it will give you a sense of what it feels like to play in 3D. The other down side of anaglyphic 3D is the colors will be screwed up.

Please excuse the terrible framerate shown here. When using 3D the framerate is cut in half then as recording in 3D is so demanding with fraps the framerate is further cut in half so this is a quarter of the fps I would normally play in (although getting 60fps constant wil 3D vision is extremely playable.

  • @Mdot1982 Most 120hz displays work however some are not really true 120hz screens as they dont actually output 120 frames instead displaying each frame twice.

  • dnt it hurt ur eyes when u play in 3d for to long cause it does for me and thts y i stopped playing in 3D aswell i broke my glasses :(
