I hate to bust your bubble but I purchased my fantom G6 in June shortly after it came out and i love it. If you are trying to get away from the computer than the Fantoms aren't necessarily for you. It is by far the closest keyboard to being a computer itself short of the openlabs Meko Nekos. With the large full color lcd and the ability to use a mouse, (which i use and i recommend for speed) it has many quality's that a computer has. It feels like a computer when u use it.

Youre a cool dude. Let roland know that by your tutorials I have been convinced to get the Fantom G. But for me... its to get away from computer recording. So i wont be needing Live..lol. Im in front of a G5 loaded Plug-ins 9 hours a day...so the last thing i wanna see is a Computer screen.The Fantom is So GOOD... I am going to get one soon... and post a video. Thanks again for the tutorials.

i want use my fantom g6 with cubase 5.1
But the dropdown menu's don't work from the fantom g vst . . .. ???
Can you make a video for youtube that you configurate the fantom g with cubase 5.1 please
I want use the fantom g patches and drums and effects and vst's ( for cubase 5 ) together at the same time.
