My first reserve ride was on a Vengeance 135 samething as this video. Next time try grabbing both risers left risers in left hand and right risers in right hand right above your head and pull out hard and kick your legs like your shown in your ground school. Ive even put my head in between my risers and pulled cause you can pull a lot harder that way if its not spinning up becuase you dont want your head to get pinched!! We all get bad habits over time and tend to forget some of the basics.

I've had a very similar mal on my Cob 135 @ 1.40 WL. After throwing PC I felt some strange thing, the force/tension from the deploying main was for a split of second lower, than the canopy opened in similar manner making 10 twists. I undo 1.5 rotations and on my back I went to flat spin. Never flown faster on that canopy before (from viso nearly 100 km/h which is fast considering size and WL).
