  • cute peformance

  • very very powerfull boy

  • .ver very powerful boy

  • wow, he's strong! I don't know if he's doing his joints much good though, because they are still growing!

  • thats an amazing show of strength for a young lad, his technique puts mine to shame too. :)

  • yes, you are not an expert :)

  • its all about technique. on a good snatch you practically beat the KB to the top position. when done incorrectly the kettlebell slams on your fore arm; but when done the right way in never really hits you because you raise your arm before the weight fully adds the dropping movement. the swinging itself won't hurt yor wrists because the weight of the KBs forces you to keep it straight on the most challenging parts of the reps. I currently snatch 3 sets of 10 with a 44lbs as part of my regime

  • Kettlebell lifts and snatches are accually nice to the wrists if you have the right technique. At the top, because of it's shape, the kettlebell just hangs in the midde of your hand, just pulling down, so no need to grip it and stress the wrist.

  • i'm not an expert or anything but it doesn't look like it can be to good for your wrists

  • those same 40 reps with a 35 pounder are part of my daily training... however i'm 22 and it nearly kills me!!!!!

These kid really rocks it hard!
