no, but i'm blaming him for the way he looked when it happened.
that may be true (I don't happen to remember Clinton or Reagan's all-time low), but 36% is not Dubya's slump. two or so weeks ago, he was at 27%, and i believe only Reagan and Bush I ever had lower approval ratings.
the US should have let either Saddam or the Kurds take Zarqawi out years ago instead of giving him US military protection.

In fact, the networks (e.g. CNN) were at fault for streaming Bush's run-through attempt - it was certainly nothing to do with him. Plus, according to Rasmussen, polling his approval ratings are actually at 40%. Your biased 'background music' renders this video phony.

as I said, this was on C-SPAN. the oval office camera team keeps the "Primary" shield up until they're ready for the networks to start broadcasting. and even the Bush Administration took back the made-up "run-through" excuse. nobody worth listening to believes it was a run-through anymore.

as I said, the video isn't phony. that's your boy making an ass of himself on live tv up there. i just added a humorous soundtrack. and with bush's approval rating in the 20's, one clearly doesn't need to be a liberal to dislike the guy.
