After the battle between Hell and the B.A., another evil wiped out the entire B.A. area. No one was left alive.

I, Proxeneta, was sent back to the B.A. to investigate what has happened in the B.A.

Later that day, i encountered the Ghoul that has masterminded the attack. She sent some 'ghouly' friends to play with to me...

@EnsaladaDeTomate On the wad "ghoulsforestv4" or just the fourth version of ghouls forest, eyesore appears after killing choke (i think) but i'm 100% sure it appears in that wad.

If u have the wad, try playing it and enter in console "summon eyesore"
