@ogslader rub the steak with lots of black pepper and salt, maybe a hint of garlic if you like that, serve with boiled potatoes and a nice sauce made from stock (whichever you prefer)
Honetst Truth, this was not too good. Why didn't you just put them all in an air tight back and marinate them in their instead of wasting minutes beyond minutes doing whatever the hell you were doing. And do not ever poke holes in you meat! When it comes to cooking ti the juices will all run out.l Next time marinate it with papaya pulp and a touch of garlic as well salt and pepper to tatse. Cook low and slow. Good attempt though!
