C-Final Division 2 from the 95' ERC Round @ Brands Hatch. The white car is the Ford Mondeo from the belgian Jos Sterkens, The black Audi was from the norwegian Sunna Andersson, who won the re-run. There weren't any injuries, but his helmet was off is head, his safety belt was broken, and he blew the engine.

  • Thx for vid. I was in the crowd with my Dad and mate, I remember running backwards from the fence! Can't believe this footage exists, and in all the times I went to Brands Hatch as a kid, this was one incident that I'll never forget. Nice one!

  • i remember this as well, was also there with my dad too ...only talked to jos an hour before ,the crash ! .. top fella always happy to talk , nice to here he's still racing

  • Remember this well, I was at the top of paddock hill bend, because of the circuit camper we heard it before we saw it, Jos got out and waved to the crowd more or less straight after the accident, saw him last Sunday in Belgium, still racing a Ford still has Karcher sponsorship.
