Joni at Biola - part 2

Thank u Sheilaokab 4 posting this. I've read most of Joni's books, no her story and am thankful 4 opportunity 2 c this video. I prefer 2 think through these tough questions. In my own suffering I've also been forced 2 face these questions. I value her Biblical attitude and comfort in God's character. If possible keep posting! Thanks!

When I listen to her I feel so ashamed of my own complaints. They are so trivial. I asked God to forgive me because I have been so selfish.

"The God of life conquered death by embracing it."  Joni has embraced her disability (!) as it brought her to the end of herself and drove her into full dependence on God. I'm reminded of the Apostle Paul: God's strength is made perfect in our weakness.

God permits what He hates to accomplish things that He loves."
