@TheHeliumkid Actually that's only is it's the Datura inoxia. There are a few other types of 'moonflowers'. It takes a while for this kind of flower to bloom though so I don't think thats what it is. It looks more like a Ipomoea alba which is more like a might-blooming morning-glory and it opens quickly.

@HangBokHe It was a piece of black fence they put up because of construction that was going on at the time. I hadn't even noticed it... haha
