Go on for ever these engines!
The next step is to get yourself some nice big stationary engines, you can pick them up in running order for under £40 and I really recomend them. Much easier to work on as everythings bigger!

Nice engines!
The Mk12/2 I have came off a cement mixer and had a vee pulley like the mk10 with the new rings in it.
the 3 pin coupling would have had a rubber insert in it as a flex coupling for a water or hydraulic pump arrangement too.

@electronick450 Hi no the tanks arnt the same. the mk 12 tank is quite large and sits on the left hand side of the engine. the mk 15 has a tank a smaller tank and is mounted in the front ,on top of the cowl.

You clearley have the bug! Very addictive little engines these and fine pieces of British engineering. You can tell a mk12 agains a 10 as the 10 has a 50mm bore and the 12 has a 55mm bore.
