Mexicana - Airbus A319 - Takeoff from Los Angeles International Airport

Mexicana Flight 903 Departing Los Angeles for Mexico City, on runway 24L. Filmed from seat 17F. This was an early morning flight at 6:45am. Sorry about my camera going out of focus on rotation! I wasn't expecting water to come down on my window.

This airline was pretty good! They cater to you, free food, drinks, no extra baggage fees, and trouble-free boarding and disembarking.

HOWEVER: I caution those using Mexico City as a layover if you are NOT an airplane fanatic like myself! Mexico City Airport is a LONG terminal, and all arrivals much go through customs regardless of your orgin of flight. You will walk the terminal about 2-3 times doing this which can pretty much take up all your layover time, 1-2hrs easily! So...if you have kids, or lots of carry-ons, and are arriving for a layover only, try to get a direct-flight instead, or opt for a layover elsewhere. I'm young and energetic, and the airport environment fasinates me, and didn't bother me. So take your chance!
