like to see videos of your use of the developer's kit.

Much like with THE CLAPPER... I can see how the novelty can wear off within 3days.

is there anyway to use z-wave to control ceiling lights, lamos, etc
-
ljovian - look into Intermatic's InTouch line which is really aimed more at the professional installer - it includes the in-wall components you're looking for.

Great video. Upload some more Z-wave technology videos if you get a chance!

That is pretty neat. But I would find needing one of the little plugin devices for each lamp to be a little annoying. Cool video, though!

Very basic setup you have there. I own a home automation company that deals primarily with z-wave. Unfortunately, we have reviewed Intermatic and frown on it. Ever hear of Leviton? Thats the real way to go. FYI CVV1, instead of the silly modules, you can replace the outlet with an outlet that has the Z-wave chip built in.

Yeah, I have an in-wall switch for my ceiling light. I will look into Leviton, though. Grr... if one of them would just make a Z-Wave step switch for a ceiling fan.
