The 2 part and even 3 part harmony sounds the most realistic for live! :D

haha oh man, i came in and bought the digitech vocalist live 3 about a month ago and am regretting it, once i've got a bit more moola i'll be coming back in for this one
-
@jjhbowers it has has presets for a few different gospel harmonies, and the ability to start a harmonized part or a song with 2 part and step up to 3, 4, 5 part with just pushing a button.

I just bought one of these.. i play alot of traditional country and outlaw country. im the only singer.. and was missing the harmony till i got this.. We have got so many compliment's on the vocals.. and the only thing i can say is "Thank digitech" This video had at lot of persuasion on my purchase... And it is truely plug and play!!!!!!!!

Hey- great video!
Think this thing would work OK with barbershop and gospel harmonies??
Thanks.

@brianj40 I can see why he knocks the TC Helicon. It is an antique compared to the Digitech live 4.

This guy is knocking the TC Helicon...try the Harmony G....blows the Digitech out of the water...much more natural harmonies and I also own the Voiceworks Plus...don't know why this guy had to do all the "tap dancing" with it....as well...the VW+ can also provide up to 5 part harmony...I've spent a fair amount of money on these things so I have researched them as well as test driving...TC Helicon is far superior....just my opinion...
...also, dudest of dudes , how would you compare this with the new Tc Helicon Voicelive 2?
Thanx

From what I've observed with Marc's videos is that he says Tc Helicon is like your dancing to change the settings and the Digitech is much more simpler to understand and use. But I don't know very much on the Helicon's.
Hope that helped a little. :)
Cheers,

this looks cool but i really want to 'record' high quality reverb vocals on pro tools. Will this do that or do I need something more specific to do that?

Hey dude sorry about the wait.
You've got your standard effects including Compressor/Gate, EQ, Reverb, Delay, and Pitch Correction, just to name a couple.
You may need to got to the Vocalist live pro for world-class Lexicon Reverb, but you will not have your guitar effects as it is much more focused on your vocal tone.
I will be uploading a few more videos on Marc Cooper, there might be something useful on them.
Thanks for the comment man.
