I am visiting from out of town and broke a pair of wire rimmed glasses. The break was not one that could be repaired by replacing a part and I could see that it required special equipment and skill. I googled eyewear repairs and found See-World's ad. Their website was encouraging as was my phone conversation with Drew. I could not have hoped for a better outcome that what I had. Drew greeted me with a friendly familiarity from our brief conversation and reassuringly proceeded to expertly handle the broken frames. He could tell that I was desparate, and he helped me on the spot. I was so impressed with his skill and taken with his great personality. He handled my problem with patience and care to detail. When it was finished, he was as happy as I about the results. The cost was less than I had expected and within a short time, my glasses were as good as new. While there, a couple of other customers came into the shop and I was struck by the friendliness and expertise with which he handled their issues. He truly cares about pleasing his customers and doing the utmost for them. The entire experience was pleasant from start to finish. I highly recommend Drew and concider him my NY optician.
