For those of you who are using my plans to build a solar tracker, this is an explanation on how to wire sensors and relays, made with the aid of a piece of board, nails and short pieces of wire, for the sake of simplicity. This is the basic circuitry for controlling the relay coil by sunlight shining on the photoresistor. This circuit can be used as it is shown here for the "return east" function, while a second identical circuit, with a variable resistor added for controlling sensitivity, can be used for the "advance west" function. This is shown in Figures 21 and 22 of your plans.

The relay is of a different shape, but it is a 12 VDC coil relay, just as the one shown in the plans, I just did not have the other shape of relay at hand.
