I'm very obsessed with Elton John right now and I saw him in concert a few months ago! Needless to say, he was phenomenal! I also got some D'Addario Chrome flatwounds and put them on two nights ago (tuning is still slipping a bit).

I spent about 2 hours trying to figure out direct input and failed. I'm going to try to figure it out for my next video though. It would sound so much better not having to record with an amp and webcam....

o.m.g. I'm rushing SO bad and I didn't even realize it until I uploded the video to watch. ha ha

  • Nicely done. It's one of the toughest basslines I've ever tried. Dee's style and tone is tough to match but you did him proud! As someone else said I think he did use a pick on this a a few of the other songs on Yellow Brick Road. Love the flower too.

  • @77edster wow- thanks!!! :) I haven't mastered picking yet, so I didn't even attempt....ha ha Glad you like the flower!!

  • I bet I would get more views if I put a flower in my hair. :)

  • @BullHorn7 flowers= magic. DUH =)

  • Love the song, love the bass; keep it up.

  • @kubinmurks thank you!!!! :D
